Mr. Dyminski brings over 15 years banking and commercial real estate experience to Integrity 1st Financial. His commercial banking career started with a community bank based in Kentucky where he was responsible for generating $20 million annually in new commercial, equipment, lines of credit, SBA and USDA loans. In 1999, Mr. Dyminski joined a real estate investment banking firm as a principal specializing in financing, debt, and equity placements and originating $20 to $50 million in new commercial loans annually. Mr. Dyminski was responsible for syndication and placement of SBA, USDA, CMBS, participation's, TIP financing, industry revenue bonds and secondary market commercial real estate financing deals. He performed advisory services in risk management, market feasibility studies, commercial loan policy, loan underwriting guidelines and operational
policies. Mr. Dyminski holds a MBA in Finance and a B.S. in Finance and Economics from the University of Tampa.

Mr. Edel has over 18 yrs. of sales and small business ownership and management experience. He previously owned a national cell phone company retailer. He successfully built and managed a sales force. In 2003 he became the assistant manager for a growing and emerging mortgage company in the Tampa and Orlando, Florida markets. In 2005, Mr. Edel made the most of his experiences in the lending industry and successfully purchased the Transcontinental Lending Group franchise and operated offices in Tampa and Melbourne, Florida. Mr. Edel's experiences as a small business owner are an invaluable asset to help other small business owners meet their commercial real estate lending needs.
